K.C. Marriot Hotel

They had a fire suppression line burst, on the 7th floor. It effected 12 rooms on that floor, it then effected every floor underneath it. 

Perceptive Software

Perceptive Software, had a water loss due to a very efficient heating system melting an exit sign. This set off their sprinkler system, it affected a large amount of offices. Perceptive needed them operational as soon as possible. We got them operational before they set foot back in their building on Monday.

Old Mission United Methodist Church

Over a period of time they had several unnoticed roof leaks, evidence of the leaks eventually showed in their ceilings. Encore came out assessed the damage, and wrote a project specific protocol to get the premises operational as soon as possible.

Shadow Glen Golf Course

The womens' locker room at Shadow Glen suffered a water damage, we were contacted about a small mold remediation. While surveying the project, we found there was a much more severe problem. The site is cleaned and cleared of the microbial activity. They are already under reconstruction and on their way to a full recovery. Click through the gallery below.
